What do you enjoy about being a traffic engineer/transportation planner?

I love that I am making an impact on improving an individual’s commute. Granted, everyone hates traffic! I enjoy being the person who helps provide a mitigative solution so that people can get to their destination in a timely manner and move on with their lives.

What are your interests outside of traffic engineering?

I enjoy being surrounded by my family and friends who are the people I love. I take pleasure in traveling, playing games, eating, having debates about music, and doing other recreational group activities.

What excites you about the future of transportation?

Just knowing that transportation will forever evolve is always exciting! With teleworking becoming more popular over the years, we could possibly see less traffic congestion during rush hour.
