Nicole A. White, P.E., PTOE, Symmetra Design, received the distinguished 2013 Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise Award.   The Top 100 MBE® Award is given annually to women and minority entrepreneurs that fuel the region's economy through their innovation, sacrifice, and dedication.  Business owners that received the award have made significant contributions to their clients, professions, and communities.

 

Nicole received the award at a ceremony scheduled as part of the Mayor of Baltimore, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake's, Supplier Diversity and Inclusion Week.  The Top 100 MBE® ceremony is designed to acknowledge and pay tribute to outstanding women and minority business owners in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and the District of Columbia.

The Secretary commended Symmetra on its 10 year anniversary and the firm's success in the US Department of Transportation's Mentor-Protégé Program.
