    • 135,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility planned on the CSU campus in Baltimore, Maryland

    • Technology-rich facility included computerized laboratories, demonstration lecture halls and spaces for teaching, research, administration, and other support areas. 

    • Symmetra consulted as part of an A/E design-build team

    • Included substantial streetscape and pedestrian safety improvements along W. North Avenue

    • Project enhanced connections between the main campus and the developing southern campus expansion area

    • Prepared a Traffic Impact Study and Recommendations Report to document transportation impacts and recommendations associated with the project. 

    • Developed concepts for two new turn lanes and traffic calming enhancements along W. North Avenue to improve pedestrian connections. 

    • Studied the need for a new traffic signal considering mid-block pedestrian crossings
