    • Conducted study to review current enforcement procedures, strategies, and parking assets, to determine opportunities for new enforcement and recommend best practices to maximize functional efficiency

    • Provided insights regarding strengths, opportunities for growth, and challenges facing the Revenue Authority; considered parking enforcement best practices

    • Presented results of the study, along with subconsultant and RAPGC, at the Middle Atlantic Parking Association Conference in Baltimore, MD

    • RAPGC hired new staff positions based on recommendations

    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) were created to standardize operations for enforcement officers and supervisors

    • Recommendation to establish Parking Lot Districts near Metrorail stations in anticipation of new development

    • Led staff and stakeholder meetings to document operations, training, enforcement practices and future opportunities

    • Synthesized feedback and best practices to develop recommendations

    • Examined growth areas to determine future opportunities for agency-driven economic growth
